Masculinity is everywhere. It’s in the boardroom, the family room, and the gym.

The podcast will address pressing questions like:

  • What is a man?
  • What is modern masculinity?
  • How can I develop a balance of masculinity in my life?
  • How do I know I need emotional help?
  • I feeling stuff that feels “odd,” what do I do?

Our fathers did not embrace the four parts that we all need to look at as men today. Our father are great men. They did what they could. Now it’s our turn to do something different for the generations to follow.

They’re four basic parts that comprise your masculinity:

  • Your physical health
  • Your emotional health
  • Your relationship health
  • Your psychology/spiritual health

Each one is a quadrant in your life that needs both your attention and interest. With “The Visibility Gap” podcast, we are going to address these areas and topics for men of all ages.

Ultimately, there’s no ideal for what masculine looks like physically. The true meaning of masculinity will always be within. What’s inside of you is as important as what’s outside of you.

Gentlemen, let’s go emotionally indoors and discover new parts of ourselves and continue to grow and keep evolving.
